Nanya is Banqiao's flagship, and its superpower is the clock: this market runs until two in the morning. When everything else is shuttered and you land late, or dinner somehow became eleven pm, Nanya is the answer. Take the MRT to Fuzhong and you are basically there.
It is a long, classic street market with the full mix: xiaolongbao, sesame oil chicken soup, stinky tofu, games, cheap clothing. The lane narrows as you get deeper in, which makes weekend prime time a slow shuffle. We think the shuffle is part of the fun. Not everyone agrees.
