Where to find the top stalls
The market wraps around Zhongshan Park. Stalls line Minsheng Road, Gongyuan Road and Minquan Road, with shops on the streets around them. A 2026 guide treats Minquan Road, entered by the Watsons store, as the main food street. Stalls carry four-digit numbers (for example 1045, 1101, 1108), but guides do not always agree on them, so the house number or the sign is the safer guide.
Night-market stalls rarely have their own address. We describe each position only as our dated sources state it. If you cannot see it, show the sign text to a vendor nearby. Stalls move and hours change, so check before a special trip.

Where: Minquan Road No. 265. The queue now forms inside Zhongshan Park, by the side gate of the Earth God temple. Guides give different stall numbers (1106 in Ken&Alice, 1101 in gofunit).
Hours: About 16:00 to 01:00, closed Wednesday.
