Why go
Kenting Street is where the beach town goes after dark: Kenting Road through the village, lined with snack stalls, cocktail stands, bar trucks and restaurants, busy every evening. The food is for grazing as you walk, such as crispy pan-fried soup dumplings, charcoal-grilled skewers, flying fish roe sausages and grilled corn, rather than one famous dish worth crossing the country for.
Two things to know. It is the highway itself, so cars, buses and scooters push through the crowds except on a few busy holidays. And it is far from everywhere else, so it suits a night of a Kenting stay rather than a trip of its own. If you are in the area on a Sunday, the Hengchun Night Market in town is the locals' alternative.

Where to find the top stalls
Kenting Street is Kenting Road as it passes through Kenting village, with stalls, bars and restaurants on both sides. Taiwan Obsessed (2024) puts it at about 1 km, roughly 15 minutes end to end without stopping; CNA (July 2021) gave 1.5 km for the stall zone. Guides place stalls by side of the road (north or south) or by Kenting Road house number; where neither is given, look for the sign.
Night-market stalls rarely have their own address. We describe each position only as our dated sources state it. If you cannot see it, show the sign text to a vendor nearby. Stalls move and hours change, so check before a special trip.

墾丁脆皮湯包
Where: Kenting Road No. 210-8 (gofunit, 2026), which also calls it 蕭記脆皮小籠湯包. Six flavors, with garlic the signature. Taiwan Obsessed (2024) found it on the south side in front of a 7-Eleven, though Google Maps put it on the north side.
Hours: 16:00 to 23:00 (gofunit, 2026).

Look for the sign
墾丁張記碳烤
Where: Opposite Kenting Road No. 58, across from Mambo Thai restaurant (曼波泰式料理) (gofunit, 2026). The pork intestine, fried and then grilled, is the best seller.

Where: On Kenting Road. Our dated source gives no house number, so look for the sign; Taiwan Obsessed (2024) notes that several stalls sell these sausages. About NT$50 each, in four flavors (gofunit, 2026).

阿勝石頭鄉烤珍珠玉米
Where: North side of Kenting Road (Taiwan Obsessed, 2024). Brushed with shacha sauce and sold by weight, with a spicy option; let it cool before you eat.

Look for the sign
紅磚窯窯烤披薩
Where: Kenting Road No. 14 (gofunit, 2026), at the entrance to Kenting Street by the China Youth Corps activity center (bunnyann, 2025, which writes the name 紅磚窯手作披薩). Fired with longan wood, with dough made daily.
Hours: 17:30 to 21:30 (gofunit, 2026).
